Attention Please

Losing her mother at a young age, Misaki Yoko (Ueto Aya) was raised amongst three brothers. Yoko is a slightly boyish girl who is bullheaded and hates dishonesty. Ever since she was young, she enjoyed the company of boys over girls. She starts a band with four of her boy friends and becomes the lead singer. Then one day, one of the members of the band, Tsukasa, gets a job at a bank in Tokyo. Due to Tsukasa leaving town, the band breaks up and though Yoko finds herself lonely, she puts on a strong act in front of Tsukasa. She can't tell Tsukasa how she truly feels for him. On the day Tsukasa leaves for Tokyo, Yoko goes along with the band members to the airport to see him off. The guys get excited when they see some cabin crew ladies and Yoko has no idea why. She reminds them that even she can wear a uniform, but the guys only make fun of her. That's when Tsukasa tells Yoko he wonders what she'd look like dressed in uniform. This is when Yoko decides she wants to work as a Cabin Attendant.

Story - Thank God it was a comedy! It doesn't have the best plot ever but the script was spectacular. I like the way it is. You will definitely learn a lesson after you watch every episode. So why just 7/10? I was kind of disappointed cause they didn't show what happened to love story of Aya. I anticipated it, really. I wasn't satisfied with the ending. However, I learned alot from Aya

Acting - One word: SPECTACULAR!

Music: Music is good. Just good.

Satisfasction: I don't think I will ever forget that I learned a lot from AYA, from this drama. Although it wasn't the best ending, the lessons aren't forgettable.

Story: A comedic story about a tomboy who was the lead of a rock band desides to become the "Best cabin attendant EVER!" It's a hilarious story and touching at the same time.

Acting: Aya Ueto plays Misaki perfectly and I can't imagine who could have done the part better. Nishikido Ryo plays Shouta is the engineer at the Japan Airlines (and he does fantastic). The rest of the flight attendents also do a great idea.

Music: After I finished the whole series "OH PRETTY WOMAN" by Kaela Kimura was pretty annoying (it might be because we listened to the whole end song every episode because I watched it with my uncle)

Overall: Comedy is pretty much what you’ll get from this drama. Most of the humor comes from the actions of Misaki. There isn’t much romance. There are random dates, crushes and a proposal but there’s no serious love or romance going on. So if romance is one of your requirements for a drama, maybe you want to skip this one. But if you like comedies maybe you should try it.
