"Over the Rainbow" is the dark and bright side of the crazy world of dancers and singers. It is a realistically captured drama with dancers that want to become singers.

Kwon Hyeok-jo (Ji Hyun Woo) a stubbon and loving aspiring dancer falls for Jeong Hee-su (Kim Ok Bin) a dancer thats aspiring to be a singer. They start there journey of stardom together. While Rex (Hwan Hee) a pretty boy with outstanding talent, and is the biggest asset to Pride Ent. tries to break free from his label and do his own thing. Ma Sang-mi (Seo Ji Hye) a sweet but very awkward girl still trying to find her calling. This heart wrenching story of becoming and being a popular singering, with all it betrayals and constant meeting and partings. Gives us an inside look on the ups and downs to becoming a star.

I heard that korean are really great to dance hip hop and i love hip hop! So i wanted to watch this drama about the story of young people who want to become famous as singer/dancer. I don't think there is a lot of drama whose story takes place in this kind of world.

About the story : Interesting story. With this drama we follow 4 youngs from the beginning to the fame with the ups and downs. I cried a lot! I have never been bored by this drama! I re-watch it 3 times whereas i'm not used watching and rewatching drama! This drama not only shows these 4 young people becomming famous but also we can see them growing up and sharing their feelings about love! Love with the family and friends and girl/boyfriends!

About the acting : I really didn't believe most of actors/actress as dancers but it was ok. The members of the band seem to be so closed to each others just like best friends. I think that i really feel the different characters' feelings when they were down i was down too and when they were happy i was happy for them lol!

About the music : the OST was great too especilly the song sung by Hwan Hee!! It's really a beautiful song!!!! Love it!!

Of course I recommend this drama! ;-)

I'm not sure if I did like this drama, I think I did liked it. So for now I'll give it an average rating...

I might even start watching it again, so this time I'm totally focusing on the drama itself.
I think the time that I was watching this because of Hwan Hee, considering I'm a HUGE fan of Fly to The Sky. There were scenes of him performing that reminds me of old days of DBSK hehehe! which I thought was kinda cheesy! lol

But the dancing was HOT!
