9 End 2 Outs

The drama is about love of singles in their 30s. Hong Nan Hee is an ordinary worker at a publishing firm, she's a girl who always falls in and out of love since she was young until one day when she meets an old classmate, Byun Hyung Tae, who is a team leader of an advertising company again. Hyung Tae may seem to be a good catch in the eyes of many women but he's only a cowardly boy to Nan Hee whom he has grown up with. '9 End 2 Outs' is using the baseball theme to compare to the fates and lives of the people in love.

This is a good drama. The actress Soo Ae is very convincing as a 30 year old girl looking to stay young and get married/have a career. Her chemistry with the male actor is very funny and a pleasure to watch.

Pretty much the leads have been friends for like 20 years so they rely on eachother for support and advice. But chemistry and hidden feelings come out when they live together and find that no matter who they fall in a relationship with, they still can't give the other up. It's very strong and love is inevitable, but do they dare put their friendship on the line for the gamble of love?

I really feel that this is one of the better comedies out there. The chemistry itself should be mentioned over and over again. The story is fun and light and not too predictable. The supporting cast, however, are weak and seem to be fodder to waste time. Cutting them out of the scenes would result in a much shorter Drama series, but the story will flow faster. I really feel no one cares about any of the supporting characters. This is something the writers of K-Drama need to work on.

Overall, I'd give it a strong 9 / 10. For me, It's one of the personal favorites, but I'm inclined to think there's one much better. My Girl is a good candidate. My Girl has a strong cast, a good story, and full of humor, suspense, romance, and of course, tears.

Hope you all enjoy this drama if you ever stumble upon it.

This drama is about a 30-year-old woman, called Hong Nan Hee, who is going out with a much younger man, of about 18-20 years old.
Nan Hee feels uncomfortable when they go out anywhere, because she is constantly obsessing over whether she looks to old to be his girlfriend. Her boyfriend is also a famous Korean baseball pitcher, and he has a fanclub, which is not too happy about her dating their 'oppa'.
Nan Hee meets up with an old high school buddy, Byun Hyung Tae, who was also Nan Hee's first crush. Through some circumstances, she ends up moving into Hyung Tae's apartment, and becoming a roommate/boarder.
But the troubles don't end there. Hyung Tae had an ex-girlfriend back in his high school days, who suddenly left him without so much as a goodbye or an explanation as to why she left. The ex-girlfriend has suddenly come back in the picture, right when things between Nan Hee and Hyung Tae seem to be getting good. The ex comes in between them, and interferes, and starts dating Hyung Tae again, much to the dismay of Nan Hee.
Well, I hope this helped you out somewhat. Yeah, 'Two Outs In The Ninth Inning' is a great kdrama, but not many people know about it, as it's been constantly overlooked in favor of other kdramas, such as Princess Hours, Coffee Prince, My Girl and Full House. But it's most definately worth watching. If I had to rate this drama, I would give it a 10/10. :)
