Witch Yoo Hee, A Witch in Love
Witch Amusement

As the director of her father's advertising company, Ma Yoo Hee (Han Ga In) is known as a witch for her ruthless, no nonsense character. After a string of failed attempts to hire a housekeeper, she (literally) runs into Chae Moo Ryong (Jae Hee), ex-medical student turned aspiring chef. As a way to work off his debt for crashing into her car, he agrees to become her housekeeper and personal love affairs coach for one month. Gladly, he gives her a makeover that attracts both her old friend Johnny Kruger (Dennis Oh) and her first love Joon Ha (Kim Jeong Hoon). Despite having a girlfriend, Sung Mi (Jun Hye Bin), Moo Ryong eventually finds himself falling for Yoo Hee.

I have to agree, the music was annoying, I kid you not there are only three songs in the show (that I noticed anyway). They are good songs, and they fit well, but they use one song every time something sad happens, another anytime something challenging happens, and the other when something good happens. *sigh* The worst one is the "challenging" song, that they play almost every time the main character cooks. The other two are less obtrusive.

The character types and plot are very unoriginal, but I think they do a pretty good job at it. I really like the makeover they do on "witch yoo hee", and I like Ryong, or whatever the male antagonist's name is.

I was overall very satisfied with the story, it was funny and sweet, and best of all they had cool like cooking action scenes, and the whole makeover was cool (as I mentioned before)

Yet another one of these. There's so many, there's only so much that you can do. So many cliches are present in here. Regardless i have the feeling many will like this drama. Story's a basic one, girl n guy don't really like each other, girl is a 'witch' with a hard exterior who deep down inside is soft and wants to be loved, she has a run in with a guy and to get him to pay back debts he ows her for scratching her car she makes him a hosuekeeper and alter on a dating coach, eventually he acts as her pretend lover so she can know what being in a relationship feels like. Uh oh, you all know what'll come after this, with pretend relationships come real true love, the people who don't like each other end up loving each other. And ofcourse it's rife with the unaccepting parent and past love returnin to serve as a wedge and a third point in a love triangle
We have jae hee returning from Delightful Girl Choon Hyang into another drama of which i am jealous he gets to smooch another beautiful (albeit again married in real life) girl. But seriously, the originality in this drama is lacking, not only using an overused plot, but recycling many of the characters for similar roles. jae hee plays a guy named...Cae Mu-Ryong (sound familiar). The dad's the same, familiar looking woman for the mother.

The music gets kinda annoying, it's nice teh first time but the second and third the music starts to get kidna annoying. The story's ok but unoriginal and already done, the acting is good but unoriginal casting for parts. Overall an ok drama, but not very creative
